Gonçalo Oliveira holds an MSc in Petroleum Engineering from Instituto Superior Técnico (Portugal) and a PhD in Petroleum Engineering from UNICAMP (Brazil). With over 8 years of experience in R&D, his expertise includes history matching and uncertainty analysis, particularly for Brazilian Pre-Salt Fields. He has also worked as a consultant for European energy companies, specializing in petorleum engineering and data analysis. Currently, Gonçalo is a Reservoir Simulation Engineer at CMG, where he focuses on supporting, training, and consulting on subsurface solutions and integration between reservoir and production facilities in the LATAM region.
